Miss S. was hiding from Dentists for years.

When she came to my clinic, she had huge Temporomandibular Joint ( TMJ ) problems such as pain, clicking and bruxism. I digitalize her case and mount her casts to an artificial jaw called Articulator. 
​
After that, I decided to open the vertical bite using dental bridges, implants and crowns. My goal was to give her back the things she lost with her TMJ issues.

I placed two dental implants on the left mandible while restoring other areas according to our initial Digital Smile Design Prototype. After three months, I finished the case restoring the implants with implant-supported bridges.  I didn't provide three implants because the implants' length and width were efficient for loading a bridge with two implants.
